About Natalie.

Having first practised yoga with her mother as a child, and continued her practice throughout young adulthood, Natalie has undertaken serious study of yoga over the last fifteen years, teaching for the last eleven. She has completed the first three series of ashtanga yoga. Her ashtanga personal practice is vital to her wellbeing – she couldn’t imagine life without daily meditation and asana!
