“Thanks for the photos, it’s nice to be reminded of the holiday – not that I’ve forgotten about it, I think I’ve bored all my friends and family now with my constant raving about it since I got back! I’ve been trying to put all that I learnt on the holiday into my practice, I came back with the intention of doing yoga every day as I felt so fit and relaxed on the holiday but I have to admit that I haven’t managed that. I have been practicing more though and can definitely still feels the benefits of the holiday, plus it’s nice to have some of the different postures that you did in the afternoon workshops to try out rather than just always doing the primary series. I really appreciate you letting Chris and I self-practice in the morning sessions, all the adjustments were great – I now know what I’m aiming for in lots of the postures!
